Violence Happens

To me media violence is when anything pertaining to media has violence in it. Movies, cartoons, music, news, and video games. When movies portray violence some people think it’s ok just because it’s a movie, until it they get in a situation like a movie then they get paranoid. Also in cartoons they start showing more blood and gore. They show heads being cut off, and more blood being drawn. Kids today like that stuff because they slowly start putting it in cartoons, then eventually they got blunt with it and just show people dying. News always tries to portray everything as to pornographic, or violent, and not good for kids but they be the main source for the violence. When they show kids fighting at school, or when a new celebrity gets into a brawl in the club, or does something sexual they report it before it even makes it to any other source. The news would be out of business if they showed the good side of the world. Every time you turn the news on they are always showing the bad side of life, making people believe that that’s the only thing life has to offer. You become a superstar you do drug; you become the first black president you are going to get shot. Video games add on to the argument of violence. From grand theft auto, to god of war. This is my stand on this issue.
